This auction includes a large selection of bears from Steiff, Charlie Bears, Deans Rag Book, Chiltern, Schuco, Barbara-Ann Bears, further artist bears and Merrythought, including two lovely rare vintage Punkinhead teddies. There are also groups of plush toys and TY Beanie Bears. Dolls in this auction include vinyl, composition and antique bisque, as well as a large collection of kitsch/retro/vintage dolls and novelties, Polly Pocket Playsets, Gotz vinyl dolls, and Sasha Dolls. There is a large collection of teenage fashion dolls, including Barbie, Sindy, Pippa, Jasmine and Mandy; dolls houses, My Little Pony, TV & film related figures, Boglins and much more.

Lot 528 - Merrythought vintage rare Punkinhead teddy bear, light blue mohair, black and white glass eyes, velveteen muzzle, black stitched nose and Cheeky embroidered grin, cream long pile top knot, blonde mohair inset chest and inner ears, fully jointed, felt paw pads, velveteen card lined foot pads, label to sole of left foot, faded overall, mohair thinning in places, with original light blue felt shorts, 10”/25cm. NB: purchased in 1951 from Eaton’s in Montreal, Canada.

Lot 159 - Charlie Bears Isabelle Collection Symphony panda bear, SJ 3910, LE 133/300, a show special (only available to stockists who attended the NEC show in February 2009), designed by Isabelle Lee, cream, pale blue, mauve and blonde mohair, swing label certificate (brown tag has slight creased), canvas bag, Excellent Plus to Near Mint, 16"/30cm.
